Band parents and students going to Disney/Orlando,
Here is some up to date information for the band's trip next month. First, the mandatory trip meeting is scheduled on Tuesday, February 21st in the OPlaine Auditorium at 7 PM. If you are a chaperone, please should arrive a half hour early for a short meeting. The students will do a short rehearsal of their parade lineup after the trip meeting ends. The students should be dismissed by 9 PM. Attached is the up to date itinerary for our trip to Orlando (Iti-WarrenTwp-Orlando.pdf). Note: this itinerary will not distributed at the trip meeting. Please bring your own printed copy or have it accessible electronically. Next, there is an informational document for the Disney FastPass program. The document is also available on our website: http://www.wthsbands.org/uploads/4/9/7/6/49762761/fastpass__plan_green_brt_recommended_instructions.pdf. This document recommended by our travel agent will help students and chaperones setup their personal itinerary in the Disney parks ahead of our trip. Students, you will receive a separate email on your school account later this week to access your personal Disney, three day pass. If you have not done so, please complete the emergency contact information online for your student (http://www.wthsbands.org/emergcontactinfo.html) by the trip meeting night. 160 of the 220 people going have already completed this form.
